According to customer reviews, the employees here are well-behaved. They maintain safety and tidiness in the workspace. However, the main issue seems to be with the delivery personnel.

There are some mixed reviews regarding this facility. Customers feel that the employees do not behave well with them if they go in with any complaints or issues with their parcels.

Some customers even complained about never receiving their packages from this warehouse. However, some people believe that with proper direction and management, this place can provide great services in the future.

Final Words

Overall, Amazon has gradually expanded its commercial activities in New York. The company has leased some of the key industrial spots in New York to ensure that their customers do not face any delivery-related issues and receive their ordered products on time.

Due to Amazon’s investments in various areas of New York, local people have more job opportunities and chances to grow. Additionally, new businesses are coming to this region, and small businesses are making more sales.

However, Amazon needs to be more careful and attentive when employing drivers for deliveries. Most New Yorkers are not satisfied with the way Amazon’s delivery personnel handle their parcels and block the roads of New York.
